Managing change
Making change creatively
Change lies at the heart of many of our businesses and organisations.
People respond to change in many diverse ways. Some individuals see change as an unsettling process even a threat. Other people welcome change as a means of achieving new things and re-directing their own lives or their organisation.
At a personal and organisation level with budgets being cut, redundancies increasing, workload becoming more demanding and all that this means for personal and working lives it has never been more important to be able to manage change effectively.
Dealing and managing change creatively is a sign of personal and professional success.
Equal and Diverse has many years of experience in working with large and small organisations to explore the positive dynamics of change from both psychological and practical standpoints.
We offer a range of courses, covering one day to more in-depth learning programmes which help an organisation ‘work through’ change in creative, dynamic and more fulfilling ways.
Our one day programme typically includes activities which will support individuals in their personal and working life to:
- Understand the nature of change in an organisation
- Consider the affects of change upon an individual and others in an organisation
- Examine different ways of understanding the change process
- Analyse the process of change management and leadership within organisations to proactively enable mainstreaming equality and diversity.
- Explore and develop tools to help managers support change
- Analyse personal strategies to build confidence and self-esteem in managing and enabling change.
